Jatan is a “Skills Development and Training Institute” primarily targeting the students studying in educational institutes and the employees recruited in the technical field, trying its best to polish their soft skills, including Creativity, Communication, Teamwork, Flexibility, Attitude, Work Ethic, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Stress Management et cetera.

Jatan is the Activity based learning experience it will provide, for example, the Caterpillar Race. According to research, activity-based learning encourages students to actively participate in their own learning experience through practical activities such as problem-solving and students find the activity-based teaching to be more interesting than lecture-based learning. Also, it will be helping students’ memories, sporting social development and will encourage students to express themselves in creatively different ways.

Also Jatan is focusing on inculcating a Universal Design of Learning method, it is basically using all mediums of learning so that each and every student in a classroom can grasp what is being taught to them. UDL after looks for different ways 6 to keep students motivated. Some students understand a lecture better by listening to the teacher, some understand better by performing physical activities and some students understand better by making their own notes. Hence, each person is unique when it comes to understand a lecture successfully.
